Clever Entertaining Private BakeClass, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August 2015

Entertaining doesn’t need to be stressful (or time-consuming!) as discovered by the students during these three-and-a-half hour Private BakeClasses. They picked up impressive fail-safe recipes (such as Caramelised onion & blue cheese flatbread, a stunning Baked side of salmon with herb crust & lime mayonnaise and a Rhubarb sour cream crumble cake), do-ahead tricks and invaluable confidence and know-how to ensure that entertaining for them will always be stress-free from now on.
