Join Anneka Manning, founder of BakeClub and author of BakeClass, in a 3.5-hour, hands-on baking class where you will uncover all there is to know about baking, icing and decorating a cake. Whether it be dead-easy Chocolate Cupcakes for the school cake stall, a Classic Strawberry Sponge for afternoon tea, or a heavenly Layered White Chocolate Cake for a special celebration, this interactive class will give you all the foolproof recipes, practical tips and clever decorating ideas needed to bake the perfect cake – every time!
