From more-ish Chicken & Leek Pies (with Anneka's special melt-in-the-mouth flaky pastry) and delicious Parmesan & Poppyseed Biscuits to fail-safe homemade pizza bases with various toppings, this class will explore the ins-and-outs of baking without sugar and making the most of seasonal fresh produce complete with simple techniques and recipes that will impress without the stress.
