Join Anneka Manning, founder of BakeClub and author of BakeClass, in this 3.5-hour, hands-on baking class that will uncover the mysteries behind everyday ingredients and why they affect our baking when used in different ways. This interactive class will let you in on the secrets that you didn’t know (and won’t believe!) cause many of the common pitfalls and mishaps associated with baking – and how to avoid them. You will be armed with the knowledge to make changes to recipes knowing how, and why, they will affect your final product. Who knew science could be fun – and delicious?
